To process your deposits and withdrawals, we share the minimum necessary financial and identity data with our partner payment processors and the relevant local financial institutions, including banks such as BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI, and e-wallet providers such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft receive session tokens and pseudonymised player identifiers necessary to deliver their games within the peti4d Platform. These providers do not receive your full name, contact details, or financial information.
Where required to complete KYC verification, peti4d works with certified third-party identity verification providers. Your KYC documents and biometric data (if applicable) are shared solely for verification purposes and are not retained by those providers beyond their contractual data retention limits.
peti4d uses specialist third-party fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering screening services. Data shared with these providers is used exclusively to assess risk and comply with our regulatory obligations. All such providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.
peti4d will disclose personal data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or courts when required to do so by a lawful order or legal obligation. If peti4d becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
