Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the peti4d platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Last Updated: 1 January 2026You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use peti4d. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts belonging to underage users will be suspended immediately and any balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active peti4d account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All promotions and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts or prohibited strategies will result in bonus cancellation and account review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. peti4d will never ask for your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods verified under your account name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC documentation may be required before any withdrawal is approved.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which peti4d holds its international gaming licence. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with that jurisdiction's rules.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits credited to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process peti4d may require Members to complete before approving withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. |
| "Services" | All gaming, betting, financial, and support services made available through the Platform, including casino games, sportsbook betting, live dealer tables, and customer support. |
| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory in which the use of online gaming services is expressly prohibited by applicable law and from which access to peti4d is therefore restricted. |

To access the full range of peti4d Services, you must register a Member account. The following conditions govern account registration and ongoing account maintenance:
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active peti4d account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity, email address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, peti4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances therein, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including all wagers placed and all financial transactions initiated — will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify peti4d customer support immediately.
peti4d may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage of your membership. KYC may require submission of the following documents:
peti4d will not process withdrawals on any account where KYC documentation has been requested but not satisfactorily completed. KYC is a regulatory obligation and peti4d will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. peti4d reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied. Dormant accounts may be reactivated upon request to customer support, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
All financial transactions on the peti4d Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds.
peti4d supports the following local payment methods for Indonesian members:
Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The current list of available methods is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.
Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by peti4d. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method; these limits are displayed at the point of deposit. peti4d does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which peti4d accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on peti4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. peti4d does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your bank or e-wallet provider is conducted at that provider's prevailing exchange rate and is entirely outside peti4d's control.
peti4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
peti4d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension:
peti4d regularly offers seasonal promotions aligned with significant dates in the Indonesian calendar, including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. Each seasonal promotion will carry its own specific terms, which will be published on the promotions page at the time of launch. General bonus conditions in Section 5.1 apply unless explicitly superseded by the specific promotion terms.
All games available on peti4d — including slots, live casino tables, Sakong, Live Dragon Tiger, and sportsbook markets — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to regular independent audits for fairness and random-number-generator (RNG) integrity. Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG systems and live dealer processes; peti4d does not manipulate game results.
All sports wagers are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, as displayed on the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. The following general conditions apply:
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or wager, peti4d reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wager to the Member's account balance. peti4d accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake.
The following practices are strictly prohibited on peti4d and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances upon detection:

peti4d strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
All content on the peti4d Platform — including but not limited to the peti4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and compiled data — is the property of peti4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any peti4d content without the prior written consent of peti4d. Unauthorised use of peti4d intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
peti4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
peti4d implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect Member personal and financial data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no system is entirely immune to security threats, and peti4d cannot guarantee absolute data security.
peti4d will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with authorised service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, peti4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
peti4d shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not:
peti4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, peti4d reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
Members may request the closure of their peti4d account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds and completion of KYC. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be cancelled without compensation.
peti4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by applicable law or regulation.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to request account closure. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at peti4d.bio/terms-conditions, with the effective date prominently displayed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which peti4d holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the procedural rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent peti4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraud.
